POULSBO One look at downtown Poulsbo and it is evident that the city values its Norwegian heritage. Nicknamed “Little Norway”, of course the city has its annual Viking and Nordic festivals. Three marinas consume the shore of Liberty Bay in the heart of downtown Poulsbo. There are also some homes in the bay with private docks. The town is filled with boutique and antique shops, and good restaurants. Ferry service to Seattle and points east is via Kingston or Winslow. Home prices generally range from around $200,000 to over a million. Good town for boaters.
